Our Matching-Only Service includes matching Intended Parent(s) with a prospective surrogate. This service is for the Intended Parents that would prefer to do all of the above work on their own.* This includes the following:

• Complementary matching of Intended Parent(s) and Surrogate Mother;
• Verification of medical insurance on Surrogate Mother;
• Referral for legal representation; and
• Criminal background checks on all parties.
  

We also offer Escrow Services for IPs/SMs that would like to have a third party take care of their financial needs.

• Complete Escrow Services for Intended Parents/Surrogates matched outside of our agency;
  
• Fee includes all checks to be sent out, as previously approved by Intended Parents and following the Surrogacy Agreement;
• All checks will be sent to Surrogate in a timely manner; and
• Monthly itemized and banking statements mailed out to Intended Parents.
  

FFNW fee for Complete Surrogacy Services is $6,000.
FFNW fee for Surrogate Matching-Only Services is $3,000.
FFNW fee for Escrow Services Only is $1,500.
International Parents will be an additional $2,000 to the above fees.

Professional references, as well as references from Intended Parents and Surrogate Mothers, are provided upon request.
