Our surrogates are women that truly enjoy being pregnant and have a very compassionate motivation to help those that have not been as easily blessed with children of their own. Surrogacy is an extremely rewarding experience for the surrogate and her family.

Our part in your surrogacy journey is to oversee all facets and to preserve a respectable relationship betweenboth parties. We will always be available for each of you throughout your journey and through the birth of your miracle baby.

The complete services offered through Future Families NW, LLC include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Complementary matching of Intended Parent(s) and Surrogate Mother;
  • Facilitation and management of escrow account;
  • Facilitation of medical insurance for surrogates;
  • Facilitation of life insurance for surrogates;
  • Facilitation of psychological evaluations;
  • Facilitation of legal representation;
  • Travel arrangements as needed;
  • Criminal background checks on all parties;
  • Referrals for Ob-gyns and infertility specialists;
  • 24-hour support for Intended Parents and Surrogates.

We now offer a Matching-Only service. This includes matching Intended Parent(s) with a prospective surrogate. This service is for the Intended Parent that would prefer to do all of the above work on their own.* This includes the following:

  • Complementary matching of Intended Parent(s) and Surrogate Mother;
  • Verification of medical insurance on Surrogate Mother;
  • Referral for legal representation; and
  • Criminal background checks on all parties.

Professional references, as well as references from Intended Parents and Surrogate Mothers, are provided upon request.

FFNW fee for Complete Surrogacy Services is $5,500.
FFNW fee for Surrogate Matching-Only is $2,500.

*Some surrogates do not wish to match through a *Matching-Only* service. If this is what you are looking for, please let us know, and we can tell you which surrogates are available with this particular service.
