1) Completed applications are provided to FFNW, LLC. for our perusal. A consultation is set up with our Directors so we can discuss your completed application and answer any questions that you may have regarding surrogacy, and what you can expect during a surrogacy journey. We will provide you with a complete overview of choosing a surrogate, anticipated fees and escrow, medical and psychological screenings and legal representation.

2)We will provide you with profiles that we feel would best suit your social, medical and religious beliefs, as well as your personality.

3) The surrogate is provided with your profile and given the opportunity to learn more about you. A phone or personal visit can be requested before you make your final decision on your surrogate mother.

4) Upon deciding on your surrogate, a legal contract will be drawn up and both parties legal representation will review and make any necessary changes.

5) Medical screening will be completed on both the surrogate and her spouse/partner. RE screening will be completed (GC only), medications prescribed, and a cycle date set.

6) We will provide ongoing support for both the Intended Parents and Gestational Carrier/Traditional Surrogate and their spouses/partners. We can be reached by telephone in either satellite office, our 1-800# or via electronic mail.

7) Upon the birth of the child(ren), we will continue to assist you with the required documents needed to process your new child's birth certificate and/or adoption.
